These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Anouk Anansi's website.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use my Services, or when you cease using this site. If in my sole judgment you fail, or I suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, I also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to my Services (or any part thereof).

 

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without written permission from Anouk Anansi Vos.

 

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

 

Shipping fees and delivery times

Fees are divided in two categories:

Orders option A: fits in a postcard

Orders option B: does not fit in a postcard but will fit in the mailbox

 

Shipping fees and delivery times for addresses in South Africa:

Normal option A (3 - 5 business days):          €1
Fast option A (1 - 3 business days):                 €4,00 (€2,50 for any additional item)

 

Normal option B (3 - 5 business days):           €5,50 (€4,50 for any additional item)

Fast option B (1 - 3 business days):                  €12,00 (€8,00 for any additional item)

 

Shipping fees and delivery times for addresses outside the Netherlands:

Normal option A (3 - 5 business days):          €2,00 (€1,50 for any additional item)
Fast option A (1 - 3 business days):                 €6,00 (€2,50 for any additional item)

 

Normal option B (3 - 5 business days):           €14,00 (€12,40 for any additional item)

Fast option B (1 - 3 business days):                  €22,00 (€15,00 for any additional item)

 

Please note that above-stated delivery times can be influenced by strikes, disruptions and other factors causing delay at the shipping companies in the Netherlands as well as the destination country. Soul Expression is not responsible for any delay that is out of her control.

 

Returns, refunds and cancellation

If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from Soul Expression, you can return your item(s) according to the following conditions:

• Items purchased online can be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Anouk Anansi has to be notified about the return within 14 days by email or contact form.

• You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original state.

• Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Sometimes alterations on custom products are possible. I will review this case-by-case but I can not guarantee anything.

 

How to return your order

1. Send me a message via the contact form within 14 days after receiving your order, mentioning your order number and reason of return.

2. When your return is accepted, make sure it will arrive at the return address within 30 days after receiving your order. Please pack the items carefully in a solid box to prevent damage and keep the tracking number for your records. I may ask for the tracking code via the e-mail address and/or phone number you provided when placing an order on this site.

3. When your return meets the return conditions stated above, the total amount of your order (excluding shipping costs) will be transferred to your bank account or Paypal account, depending on the original payment method, within 14 days after your package returns.

 

Prohibitions and obligations

You must not misuse this website. You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offense; transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the Service; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person's proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as "spam"; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Website. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offense under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. Anouk Anansi will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them. 

 

Anouk Anansi will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it. 

  

The use of automated systems or software to extract data from this Website for commercial purposes, ('screen scraping') is prohibited without license. 

 

The intellectual property rights in all content made available to you on or through this Website remain the property of Anouk Anansi and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.
